Ailse has spent more than 25 years working on brands such as Prudential Bank, Alliance and Leicester, Savills UK, British Airways, Maersk Air, Christian Dior and Ford Credit. She has worked for large real estate developers in international development projects creating award winning brands and organizing the promotion, marketing and sales activities delivering outstanding results on a consistent basis.

Inhouse Counsel

Nico has more than 10 years’ experience working in Argentina, the UK and Spain for leading law firms as well as working as in-house counsel for the UK government and international private clients. He has qualified as a lawyer in Argentina and Spain and specializes in real estate law, Golden Visas, SPVs, litigation, inheritance and more.

Creative Director

Sebastian has more than 15 years’ experience in the creative sector. After graduating with a 1st class honours degree in design and visual communications, Sebastian has specialized in working for the real estate and outdoor advertising industries across the world. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, video production, drone flying, graphic design, branding and website development, Sebastian is an expert in developing visions and packaging up real estate developments.

Finance Director

Juan Antonio is a qualified accountant and obtained his degree in accountancy from Malaga University in 2011. He has recently been awarded a Masters degree specialising in tax advice from ESESA (Malaga). Juan has extensive experience in management accounting working for Spanish, other European and Brazilian companies.
