Our principals have more than 100 years of combined experience in real estate acquisition, value creation and development of internationally-recognized resort communities. They have extensive knowledge of master planning large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Having operated in the Spanish market and successfully exited it 2006 prior to the real estate crisis of 2007/2008, the principals of ADC focused their attention on real estate acquisition, development and sales activities in North and South America. They raised over €250m of investment and development capital for residential real estate communities and acquired more than 10 million m2 of land with permission to build over 3,000 residential units.
